For serious offences you may be prosecuted, fined more than A$420,000 and/or imprisoned for up to 10 years.

Cash: Only AUD 10,000 cash per person is allowed to bring it to Australia, if you bring more than $10,000 you must declare or risk losing it.
Dried coconuts: Make sure not to pack dried coconut in checked in bags. Departing airport machine will detect if you have packed dried coconuts or Agarbatti. You must remove it from your bag, or your bag won’t be allowed on the plane.
