Administration and Delivery Manager job in Baulkham Hills Sydney

– Newly created permanent position
– $65,000 + Superannuation + salary packaging

This Administration and Delivery Coordinator role is a newly created position within a small Not For Profit Organisation and is conveniently located in Baulkham Hills. As a key stakeholder in the team, it will be your responsibility to manage all office operations including overseeing the roll out of new operational systems.



Responsibilities of the role include:
– Coordinate the daily operational tasks of the office as well as manage a direct report
– Be a key driver of all IT projects, including rolling out of a new database and improving their intranet
– Create efficient operational systems and procedures that benefit the team
– Assisting with the coordination of their programs
– Coordinate all compliance reporting and ensure that all actionable items are completed
– Manage grant reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

To be successful:
– You will need to have extensive experience with IT systems and a keen interest in technology
– Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
– The ability to project manage IT operations projects
– Have the ability to influence and hold people accountable
– Demonstrate excellent communication and problem solving skills
