Senior Support Analyst – 3 month contract
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Strong 5+ years of experience working as a support analyst and ability to deliver high quality and workable solutions for support issues.
- Working closely with software teams to validate features through design reviews, testing.
- Collects detailed information to categorize request in order to determine method of resolution.
- Performs level I system administration functions.
- Directs the activities of lower level technical support analysts to contribute to the overall performance of the help desk operation.
- Provide production support and carry out, ticket triage, in-depth troubleshooting and propose solutions
- Direct interface with customers

Requirements:
- Must have 2 to 3 years’ experience with .NET, C#, JavaScript, XML, HTML5, JSON, JAVA, CSS
- Background C, C++. Raven-db, prior management of App support experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree – Business or IT with related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to organize, facilitate, and recap meetings
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience working in a client-facing role with the ability to build strong relationships
- Process mapping, workflow analysis, data modeling, and design tools experience
- Basic project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to adhere and promote standard support analyst tools, procedures and best practices
