Urgently Looking Customer Service / Office work Job Available

Urgently looking: We are a wholesale company looking for a customer service/sales person to join our team. Our team is small and friendly.

This role involves:

* Answering phone and email enquiry.
* Serve inbound customers that visit our showroom.
* Fully understand our products and introduce to customers that result in sales.
* Finalize orders, process invoices and organize delivery.
* Other office duties.
* Working hours M-F (9-5:30), and Sat (9:30-2pm).

Qualities we looking for:
* Genuine, hard working and loyal.
* Bubbly and cheerful personality.
* Speak fluent English and basic computer skills.

    I am a Permanent Resident here in Australia and presently residing in Artarmon.

    Presently I am doing a temp front desk job in Southern Cross Care Head office in Epping.

    For the five years of experience as retail banker, I have been constantly involved in customer service tasks like account opening, cash handling, clearing, locker operations bank cheque issuance, filing and retrieving relevant office documentation, create managerial reports in MS Excel.

    Further I have worked as an office administrator performing duties like emails, letters , inbound calls ,office management, suppliesmanagement, database management,filing,scanning , phone updates , minutes of meetings,feedbacks from clients and other adhoc admin work .

    I have also worked in a contractual role here in Australia as a Administration Assistant to gain some local experience.
