For new migrant if you do not know what is Super: When you work in Australia your employer must pay 9.5% of your total income into your Superannuation account. example if you earn $5000 before tax per month then your employer must contribute $475 per month to your super account.
Usually employer contributes money into your super every month while some do every 3 months. You must earn minimum $450 or more in a month and must be over 18 to be eligible for employer super contribution.
