Due to a possible choking hazard woolworths is recalling Calcium kids and woolworths brand youghurt 70g pouches. All customers who have purchased below product can return product to any woolworths for full refund.

Strawberry Flavour – Use by 21 Aug – 3 Oct inclusive and 21 Aug – 2 Oct inclusive

Banana Flavour – Use by 21 Aug – 3 Oct inclusive. 
Vanilla Flavour – Use by 20 Aug – 25 Sept inclusive and 20 Aug – 2 Oct inclusive

Defect: It has come to our attention that upon resealing, some of the caps are failing, resulting in a possible choking hazard.

Hazard: The centre top of the cap may become dislodged upon re-application of the cap after initial use, and pose a choking hazard.

What to do: Consumers with the pouch products with the affected mushroom style cap should return it to the place of purchase for a full cash refund.
