Facebook data breach claim

If you had Facebook account between 2010 and march 2015 and had used Facebook while in Australia you may get compensation if IMF will win the case against Facebook.



IMF Bentham Limited and Johnson Winter and Slattery Lawyers are working together to pursue possible claims for compensation arising from the Facebook privacy breach.

On 4 April 2018, Facebook revealed that over 311,127 Australians have been caught up in the improper use of Facebook data by Cambridge Analytica.

The claim is being run on no win – no pay basis. As per IMF, you do not have to pay any fees unless the claims are successfully resolved.
