After 70 years super moon is finally here. Tonight you will be able to see super moon. Tonight the moon will be 30% brighter and 14% bigger. If you will miss it today you need to wait till 2034. Previous Full moon happened on 26 january 1948
What is Super moon ?
Super moon happens when a moon passes really close to the earth. Tonight super moon is extra special because it will be the closest full moon to date in the 21st century.
Best time to check is Tuesday morning at 12:52AM (AEST).
In Sydney moon rise will be at 7:07 PM, Melbourne 7:40 PM and Brisbane at 5:51 PM. As per weather forecast there will be cloudy night in Sydney which is not good. Hope you still will get good view.
