Indian husband slit his wife’s throat at Quakers Hill Sydney

A 31 years old Indian man is in custody after his 27-years-old wife was stabbed to death in Quakers Hill, Sydney. The couple had been married for 4 years and moved to Australia two years ago.

The couple had an argument last month and police took our an AVO on their behalf, although they were still allowed to live together.

As per police report 27 years old Kamaljeet Sindhu was stabbed to death inside their home on Ramona Avenue at Quakers Hill on 20th May Wednesday night. Her husband used 15-centimeter kitchen knife and allegedly slit his wife’s throat.

Kamaljeet’s brother who also lived at the house discovered his sister in a pool of blood. The accused was standing in the hall way with cuts on his arm. He underwent a mental health assessment and has since been charged with murder.

Her husband worked part time at nursery while Kamaljeet was a full time student.
