Indian Man Accused for Kissing 2 years old toddler in Sydney

28 years old Indian man, Nikhil Bhatia, accused of grabbing a toddler and kissing him twice on the lips at a Sydney aquarium has been charged with indecent assault.

As per report Nikhil approached a 2 years old toddler in a pram at aquarium darling harbour about 5 PM on Sunday 19^th January 2020. The man was not known to the toddler or his family. The boys father said Mr. Bhatia used force to bring the child towards him.

He was charged with intentionally sexually touching a child under 10 years. He was refused bail and will appear local court on February 4.
