Police have tracked down a woman who assaulted Indian woman with Pram at Merrylands




NSW police was able to track down a woman who assaulted, abused and robbed an Indian origin woman at Merrylands on Thursday 21st March. Police will file a charge against this woman soon.

What happened on 21 March:

Sara boarded on a bus with her 18 months old daughter on Argyle street in paramatta shortly after 2:30 PM on 21 march. The 32-year-old alleges while she was on the bus, another woman began verbally abusing her. “You Indian people are this and that, you f**k off”

When Sara exited the bus at Merrylands, the unknown woman allegedly hit her with a handbag. Punched her and tore a gold locker from her neck. As per Sara, the assault lasted about 15 minutes with nobody else on the street coming to help in that time.

A group of school girls eventually approached Sara and her alleged attacker. The school girls informed the police, but the woman fled the scene before emergency services and police arrived.
