Great news for International students in Australia. All state governments are helping International students in this difficult COVID-19 time. Victoria:
Financial Help: In Victoria the International student emergency relief fund will provide a payment of up to $1100 for international students who have lost their jobs or had a significant reduction to their employment and facing financial hardship as a result of COVID-19. If you are an International student and studying in Victoria you can apply for $1100 payment from this website.
International student accommodation help: If you can not pay rent or have lease issue you can get free advise from International Student accommodation legal service. They offer a free, confidential and independent help for international students with accommodation issues.

Free legal service for International students: The International Student legal information is a free information service for International students living in Victoria.
Adelaide:
If you are an International student and living in Adelaide and have financial hardship due to COVID-19 you can apply for $500 emergency. You can check more information on what help you can get from SA Government.
Brisbane:
Students who pay separate utility bills (in your name) are eligible for the Queensland governments $200 household utility bill relief appearing automatically on bills. You can find more information from here.
