India is the major source of immigrants to Australia.  In year 2016 total 15,084 Indians came to Australia on student visa. Australia has many world’s best universities and it is the safest country in the world.

  How to choose university:

There are total 43 universities in Australia. Not all universities are same. Some universities are good for accounting while some universities are good for IT and Business. All universities have different fees structure. Some universities are cheaper and some universities are expensive.

As per my personal experience Australian education and employment system is different than India. In India if are graduate from university such as IIT Delhi your job is fix in top companies. While here it is different. Here in Australia when you apply for Job, the employer does not care from which university you have done your study. They just only care what did you study and what was your score. Obviously good universities have good professors and facilities such as library, 24 hours lab and other support for students to grow. So, it comes down to you and your ability to pay what university you want to study.
